I don't own one, but from what I've read in reviews the reline is 10,000RPM.

"A balancer shaft minimizes vibration and the engine makes more than 60 lb-ft of torque from 4,500 rpm to redline at 10,000"

Thanks mate, pretty much the same info I found on the net, the 1190 AVD & 1290 do share the exact same ignition ECU part number for part number.

You know all about it in 2 weeks time, parts ordered should be good all I want to do is remap my bike so I can get started with the modding process.

Best wait & see, all the parts are on there way, can't tell until proven, you should know me by now I really only talk about mods until I can prove they work, if it works it will start a whole new ball game in the tunning department, I did find the voltage output signal for throttle plate angle that I needed & it is not a CAN signal it's a good 0.5V to 3.5V.

The reply from Dynojet:

Hi Kevin
The PCV units for 1190 and 1290 are going to be completely different. You will only be able to use the 18-018 unit. The 18-017 unit will be incompatible with the 1290. It will only work on the 1190.
Let me know if you have any further questions.

I then asked when will we see the 1290 PCV:

Hi Kevin
It will hopefully be released within the next 6 months as a best case scenario. We are still waiting for the materials to produce a proto-type.

Let me know if you have any further questions.
