My wife and I attended the Progresive Insurance MC Show in Minneapolis, Minnesota today and were surprised and disappointed to discover that KTM had pulled their display from the show. The owner of the KTM dealership that my 1290 was purchased from was working another manufacturers display. He said that KTM's non participation was really killing his business and I agree. You can't sell them if you can't see it, sit on it and size it up. I looked at and sat on many other brands at the show but it was a bust for me as I had looked forward to seeing KTM's full lineup in person. What the hell is KTM's marketing department thinking?

With the US being such a huge market you think they would be firing the marketing team, just like they did (or at least should have) when KTM refused to give Charlie and Ewan 990 ADV.
