I suppose the worth is probably the same - just your expectations a bit different depending on whether you are looking to pick up a deal or getting the most for parting with your bling!

If a full Titanium Akra system came up for sale here it would be a rare thing and maybe there would be a bidding war. I bought mine from a forum member maybe 5 years ago and paid about £800 but I think a full system would go for a lot more now. If I sold it, headers, pipes and Evo silencers I'd want more than £1,000. They are too rare to be valued less.

Same with the slipper clutches. Sigmas, Suter. They are all the same value really. I think they are all worth about £300 - £500 depending on age and wear.

This is not to say you couldn't get any of the above cheaper if you are patient or just find someone who's willing to sell cheap and quick.

Best thing is to spend a few weeks doing research on the sales sections and through e bay. You get a good feel for want things go for and then know when a bargain is a bargain.

ive decided to sell the sdr and would like to sell complete for hopefully a good price, if it doesn't sell for a while I was thinking whether it would be worth removing the parts, thing is I don't have original parts to put back on so would have to source them on ebay or similar swap them over and then sell the bike at a lower price,
im just trying to decide if it would be worth the bother, ive my eye on another bike and done a deal with owner.
