Could be a lifesaver if you have cell - phone coverage at the scene of the accident.
My only concern is you'd have to have the phone easily accessible and the ringing/vibrating audible to you.
However I shall get it I think.

The funny thing is I have been thinking of something similar to this but just haven't done anything about it.
