You're bloody right there mate, I know I need to cheer up, more so once this lawsuit is behind me. I can't speak for the other two but I'm sure they're lovely when you get to know them. My future self wins litigation but may not get this tank problem fixed & that makes the present me a bit sad.

A friend once said I procrastinate too much and I'm a self fulfilling prophecy - it's true and akin to the cartoon. This little gem of a post reminds me of the same thing I remind myself of everyday but it's still a lesson and one that needs learning now not later.

My other flaws include narcissism

Awesome, just wasted an hour reading those comics! Good stuff.

Jim H, I can understand your frustration and I sincerely hope are able to get some kind of vindication at the end of all your trouble. You have obviously poured your heart into this thing. With all likelihood, the serious effort that you've made for this litigation will put pressure on KTM to change the recipe of their tank, or at the very least put it on their radar. We all owe you a "thank you" for that regardless of the result of the litigation itself.

If you ever come to Seattle, there is a bottle of Scotch waiting for you. But you must share it.

One of the issues I figured out recently is that no manufacturer will ever publicly admit there is a problem anymore.
This even if they are lwilling to help you out.
We have our 'merican" system to thank for that. Let me explain before you all grab your guns, not our US friends but the scumbag lawers that roam the place.
For a manufacturer to admit a fault is like opening the door for every lawsuit possible under the sun. Like I have a papercut from having to fill up the tank earlier than normal so I don' have my credit card on me and had to pay cash, hence the papercut... (you know what I mean).

I know in a general way it doesn't solve the problem and due to this, the honest consumer who basically just want the faulty part replaced and the problem rectified well... he gets nothing.

Can't give you any advise how to move on from this as it depends on the individual and the lenght you want to go to. What I can tell you is that after whatever you do is to keep happy yourself nowmatter what. The opposition will always try to wear one out or down, so fight for justice but do it with a smile!

Nice view dribble! So the frost is gone then if you're painting.
Unlike some I like heights, it makes me feel above the rest (hehe grandeur) as it makes the world look better, also puts things in perspective, like how insignificant we are to the world, universe...
This no matter who you are, human or politician.

Shit I start to talk like dribble....

Man after looking at that magnetic stuff I'm off to build the first ever hover bike.
I think I will call it the trinity

I wonder if the magnetic force changes the atmosphere inside the field. If the repelling energy also repels atmosphere, could an alignment of a series of ?inducers? create compression? Reversing polarity at far axis could create compressed atmosphere?
In essence, a no moving parts compressor. Imagine a series of these magnets on a wheel spoked to a axled generator. a switching station or organization that constantly reverses polarity pushing and pulling the wheel into rotation, which in turn generates electricity to power the magnets at the circumference of the wheel. This is starting to feel like the direction that a perpetual motion machine will need to take. I need investors, Who's in?
I thought that the magnets was kind of a cheap shot taken at Jim H, since he is trying to get a tank that can use a magnetic tankbag. I sometimes wonder if plastic tanks can pick up or create static electricity to the point of spark ignition.

Neither of you got the concept....IT"S A TRACTOR BEAM PEOPLE!!!
We just need the space ship in front of it.
If it wasn't for TV, the internet and video games we probably would have made one by now.
