I reckon it was a publicity stunt or an insurance job. They rode Triumphs which are known to be slow and unreliable and stole Rolex's which are known to be slow and unreliable.
Those Triumphs got dumped as they werent even worth the bits to a breaker and the Rolex's will be worth jack shit without the papers and receipts.
