Limited Edition tack

Well, I've never been a big fan of the orange anodised look anyway but just stopped off at the local KTM dealership and saw the new version of the 1290 limited edition (the one with the wavy front discs guaranteed to warp). I thought orange bling was cheap and nasty but nothing compares to them painting the tank fairings and front mudguard to match.
Pure tack - I feel like we're heading back to the shell suit designs and colour schemes from the early nineties.

Totally agree, not a colour scheme I’d go for.

I wonder how much more expensive those tank shrouds and fender are with that SE metallic paint.

Yep, nope...lol.
There must be that one guy in design that somehow gets his colour schemes through. Bosses son ?.
Over the years, there's been a couple of colour schemes that make you think WTF, how did that get approval to go to market ?.
