He recently stepped in at a event in Brazil when injury had decimated the card.
He fought Steven Bonnar at LHW. Crazy fight. Silva stood with his back to the fance and invited Bonnar to throw at him. After dodging several shots he hit the American with a vicous knee to the solar plexus that dropped him, and seconds later it was stopped.
The UFC are trying to set-up a superfight with either GSP (WW champ) or Jon Bones (LHW champ)
