Hello guys.
Been searching around the Internet for a while now but don't seem to find the answer to this simple question:
What's the real difference between the original Superduke 1290R seat and the Powerparts driver's seat. Seems that the PP one is 20mm higher but what I'm looking for is some sort of experience based comparison data. Is it comfortable, is it good for ripping, short race bursts or is it good for touring-kinda-hundreds of kilometers riding.
What i've noticed that on long stretches the original seat can start to numb my bum after a few hours.
Can anyone help me to decide, whether I should invest in the PP seat? Thanks

I got one for Christmas. Love it. Much better for long riding. It's a bit narrower. That in mind, I'm sure it will help me getting off the bike more on track riding...but I have not been able to test that theory just yet. Should know in May.
It is more firm, giving better support. I'm glad that I put it on Santa's list.

Not sure on track time with the PP seat but if you are going to do more than a couple of hours at a time on it on a regular basis it is far more comfortable and well worth it.
Comfort wise it is the best money I have spent on the bike.
