What is uniquely "graphic" about it? Every image and photo is technically "graphic". There is nothing particularly explicit about it: There's no blood or gore - nada.

For all we know, it's a total fabrication.

The guy wasn't a bike thief, he was considered a possible informer by our jihadist friends and that's their idea of due process.

I guess the point about not posting this type of thing was more about avoiding politicisation of a bike forum than the explicit nature of the murder.

There was a complaint, which is why BA put the warning in the thread. Whether others agree or not, shouldn't matter, it was done because someone took offence.

Yes it has all got blown out of proportion, due to a certain few.

BLB locked it, I have no issue with that as he felt it was about to descend into a free for all about BA putting a warning in the title. I mean seriously what's the problem? No one edited the post. He didn't lock the post. He just did what a mod should. I have no issue with the actual post as I said before but posts like this should carry a warning and if the post author doesn't add one for content like this then a mod will. There appears to be a few guys who have issues with BA and him being a mod. Just fooking deal with it guys! Reality is that he is a mod and IMO he's doing a good job.
Rather than this just be mods and ex mods who still have some mod powers (you crafty monster Grendal ) I'll open the thread again but if it goes that way again it will be locked again. We're all adults so lets try behaving like them.
