Cute and worthless, I think I understand the differance.
Supposably the Oxford English Dictionary does not have the word Supposably in it.
Supposedly the Oxford English dictionary has the word supposedly in it.
Supposedly, supposably is only used in regions of north America where people could care less.

I have a nine year old daughter called Aidan. She moved to LA with her mum, (who is Californian), about six months ago after spending her first nine years growing up in London. I Skype her a lot and talk on the phone when we can get the time difference to work for us. I miss her a lot.

I'm experiencing and witnessing the breakdown of her language and the gradual decline of her vocabulary. I'm sure the school is good and I think that her life is probably better and richer than the one she was destined to have over here. I don't know, only time will tell. But the way she is beginning to talk and pronounce her words depresses me.

No offence y'all. But the way you guys communicate. In LA anyway, direct from Hollywood, 9 year old school girl talk. OMG!!! Makes me wince.

No nine year old should be experiancing a decline in vacabulary. Gradual or not. She has been here for six months and a noticeable differance. It is difficult at best to have long distant conversations and perhaps the nervousness and disconnect is adding to the equation. It must be very difficult on you and I am feeling shitty for you. You dont wish they could all be California girls.
