lol - the "challenge" is to crash them. No problem.
I don't see a whole lot of folks shelling out $25K now or in some hypothetical future $12.5K (presumably in today's dollars) for one of these things. And, of course, the performance envelope is completely exaggerated, be that range, weight, acceleration, top speed, or whatever. That enclosure won't keep anyone from being creamed when some vehicle turns in front of them from the opposite lane, or when a cager decides they want their 3-ton SUV to occupy the same space on the freeway.
Sorry man, but other than Segway-like nanny-features (versus the training-wheels types), this concept is pretty tired, and has never been successful by any metric.
I can get behind those Piaggio 3-wheeled scooter things however. Helluva lot cheaper too.
