I don't know about the rest of you but if you live long enough just about everything ends up being bad for you: even the stuff you can't live without.
Salt. Salt's a good example. We're not supposed to have salt in our diets because it causes high blood pressure but if you don't have enough salt your brain suffers permanent damage even death.
Saturated fat. Lethal. But if you don't have some in your diet your ligaments and cartilage deteriorate and insufficient in a child's diet stunts growth.
Life. Its a sexually transmitted terminal disease.

(Never measured my arms... I work out, but 18 inches sounds big. Maybe I won't bother, as I'm not exactly stretching my Ts..)

In America, or should I say, when an American advertizes the size of his biceps it could mean watch out or just as likely " I'll take that Supersized please".

I took one on a ferry from mazatlan to la paz that was the first coagulated tird I had since reaching montazuma ravine.
I may have to dig that special feces out of the archives and show it allong with my waist. Waste not
Amazing where the interweb shit can take you.

True but I think the problem noted in the article is that the coloured inks use heavy metals.
From what I could find a lot of the chemicals (inks) are coming in from China http://chemistry.about.com/od/medicalhe ... arrier.htm
