They have been hunted out here for years or so we thought. I could almost swear I saw one on the way to work the other day. Coworker said the same. My mother said what survived crossbred with the coyotes. I have seen some seriously big coyotes around here but I think the wolves are making a comeback. We had cougar sightings around a few years back as well so it looks like the bigger predators are starting to make a comeback in our neck of the woods.

New danger on the road is the wild turkey. Almost hit one on the way home from work. They also were hunted out and have just about made a full comeback.
