Hey all just picked up a new to me and new to the road 07 SD Virgin
It was a left over for $7988 after all the documentation , shipping fee nonsense about $9100 OTD . I'm pretty darn pleased
I sold the XR650L you see behind it along with an 02 Concourse , made some good coin, profits on both bikes, so only had to come up with 1500. Thanks to Uncle Sam (Tax back ) I was not out of pocket . I am not selling my ZRX , that stays. Anyway just going to start with some basic protection for her , sliders and such , if anyone has recommendations on the good stuff for sliders I'm all ears. I am going to leave the motor stock for a while just to see how it feels and get some break in miles done.

Hey, just bought the same bike a few hundred miles away from you! I also have an XR650L btw.
I installed R&G sliders from Twisted Throttle, very pleased with their quality. Looked at Motovation because I had them on various Hondas, but have to cut the left lower fairing to make them fit this application. The R&G's are engineered to fit over the fairing, and the ugly lettering on the ends comes right off with some 0000 steel wool.

Welcome to the madness!
I've got coyotemoto protectors but I had delivery probems (and I'm not the only one).
Take a look at .
Take a look at the Motohooligan thread in the for sale section for a discount coupon.

Welcome...
I see that more and more SD's are being "dumped" in the market.
It think that is good to have more SD in the USA.
All we need is more aftermarket....well, besides Motohooligan

I'm also from Columbus, Ohio. Just picked up a left over 08 superduke about a month ago, already have 900 miles on it. Now just trying to figure out what pipes to get without spending 2k on some akras.
