Hi all,
I recently traded my '08 Kawisaki Versys for an '07 SD in black. I made the trade in Clearwater, FL, and rode the SD back home to Ft Myers. Man, what a machine! I love this bike! It's everything I've ever wanted from a motorcycle. So much more bike than before. I should also mention that I test rode a Ducati Hypermotard for a couple days before I bought the duke, and I was a bit let down with it. The SD is better in every possible way.

I love this bike so much. Every chance I get, take it for a ride. I even commute to work in Naples whenever the weather is nice.

One tiny gripe though, I seem to have some sort of electrical issue. The turn signals blink really fast at times. This seems to be RPM/Load dependent, which leads me to think that maybe it is a voltage regulator on it's way out? Any suggestions on this are welcomed.

Thanks,

-Greg

Welcome to the nut house mate.

I'm guessing it is a very different beast to your ride!

Can't help on the indicator problem, but the reg/rec has been known to cause a fair few elect problems, normally to do with the clocks.

Someone more qualified will more than likey later giving some better info though.

Thank you all for the welcomes. As far as I can tell, the turn signals are factory.
