Currently, I'm writing to you from the top of a sun deck on a small island off the coast of the Outer Banks in the US. I'm on vacation .

I'm from Buffalo, NY. This is my first real year of riding. I own a Honda CBR 600F3. All my friends own jap crotch rockets, so it's what I bought. It turns out that crotch rockets are not for me. I do not really like riding them. They shine when you take them over 100 mph, and i'm not much interested in going over 80 mph. I'm rather bored with first and second gear on my bike and i'm starting to think i need something with more bang and more torque.

I really like the super dukes, and KTM bikes in general. What are your thoughts on a newer rider getting into a bike like a Duke or a Super Duke? Would I be biting off more than I can chew?
