Hi all

greetings from East Sussex by the sea..
I have always been a fan of the torquey bikes.
started with a speed triple - but it didn't like the salty air here by the sea and I found it more than a little loose in the corners, then a tuono which some scum sucker stole it then the insurance didn't pay out, then an RSVR great but a bit cramped for me, and also had Italian electrics...
So I decided to try a superduke - I am loving it - apart from the rev limiter seemingly kicking in too early.
roll on more sunny days ...

Welcome Nat.
If your SD has the standard map you will have a limiter in 2nd and 3rd gear.

thanks for the info, no idea what map it has..
are you suggesting that all I need is a bit of software and a cable and i can remap it myself? without a Power Commander or some such?

rev limiter at the mo (not sure if in all gears) kicks in bang on 10k.. there are a whole nother 2k of revs wasted..!
was a bit of a shock the first time it did that
