Ohayo gozaimasu, from Yokosuka Japan.
Taking delivery of a 2008 Super Duke R next Wednesday. Not my first litre bike though. The 2003 Aprilia Tuono R is currently sleeping in storage in SD till I get back. This is my first KTM though and the first ride was a bit harrowing. Looking forward to being a good member to the board and if anybody needs anything from Japan (Light bulbs, HID's, etc), please don't hesitate to ask.
first change to the bike (which actually doesn't have a whole lot left to change) will be pegs, and a single seat to dual seat conversion.

Welcome to the madness. You'll be needing just the rear wheel from now on...

I heard getting a license for large CC bikes is a huge bitch in Japan.

I'm waiting for winter to do the mods on my bike. New seat is at the top of the list. It came with the stock seat, witch is a war crime, and a Corbin seat. The Corbin sucks too, so I'll have it recovered by a real seat maker and put the stock seat on a pike out side of my yurt as a warning to KTM.

Welcome in dude...
This is the best place to be for any info you need and mods you plan...
SDr's are notorious for being snatchy on the throttle..So ask questions and enjoy the banter...Hopefully you are thick skinned...lol
Ask Bassagent about that one..lol
I'll be waiting to hear you passed...If you only know of two people passing the tests...
