This is the first time I think I've joined a dedicated forum like this.

Figure I'll say hi.
I'm 23, living in southwest England.

Got an '05 Super Duke a week ago. Had two problems already haha (see my first two posts), but I don't think anything can put me off of ownership since the first day riding!

Got a varied bike history.

Malaguti F12 phantom (50cc scooter)
Kawasaki Eliminator 125 (which I completely tore apart an rebuilt as a pretty kool bobber for a 125)
Suzuki bandit 400 (grey import, all raced up with levers, pegs, clip ons)
2001 Kawasaki ZX6R (which I crashed 5 years ago, still own it though and am performing the worlds slowest restoration of sorts on it turning it into a road legal stunt bike)
2011 Yamaha XJ6n (first bike I've ever bought new, had all the usual mods (tail tidy, mini indicators, small screen)
2005 KTM LC4 640 Supermoto (became the longest I'd ever owned a bike when it made it over a year, even went touring on it around France, but had to go once I was carrying a pillion a lot, so I made a big change to a)
2008 Harley Davidson 883 sportster low (tallish narrowish bars, tall sissy bar, indicator/mirror/speedo relocations. Still own this one after four years, then went into dual bike ownership with a)
2002 ZX636r (owned for 9 months as something a bit more fun than the Harley, but over time started losing its appeal, especially as my local roads don't tend to be sports bike territory, so I traded it in for a bike I think (if it stops trying to die on me) will be around for quite some time as I don't see myself getting bored of it, my)
2005 KTM 990 superduke.

Anyone read all that? must have been boring?

So that's it, think that'll do as an introduction?

Welcome to the nuthouse.

Thats quite a varied collection you've had, for someone so young. How'd you wangle the insurance on the ZX6r as an 18yo?

I rode an 883 Sportster once back from London...

Slow, vibey, crap brakes and uncomfortable. I think your second V twin experince will be a happier one although as you kept the Harley for so long perhaps you like that sort of thing?

Anyway, welcome and have fun
