Welcome to the club. There are quite a few Super Duke riders here in Atlanta. I went up to ProMoto Sports KTM demo day in the North Ga. mountains today with some buddies. KTM brought in about 30 bikes to ride including 3 RC8s. They had a huge turnout for both Saturday and Sunday. I counted about 15 Super Dukes at the event that are local bikes. I will look for you on the road in the mountains. The white Duke will be easy to spot. Yours, Stan

Welcome. There are a number of Atlanta/Georgia members who have coordinated Deals Gap rides.

I'd start with the Akra map and see if you like how it runs before spending more money, unless you just want to. My '07 runs fine with Akra slip ons and the Akra map (of course it might run better with a pciii and custom map).

Mkinzer, we know Paul and frequently enjoy riding at Highland Park. My son and I ride a 200EXC and 250XCFW respectively. We have three good KTM dealers in metro Atlanta area that I am familiar with, including KTMWorld, ProMoto Sports and Bo Bobbit's shop in Fayetteville,Cycle Specialty. ProMoto in located the closest to my house and has made a serious commitment to KTM's street bike line. They have sold a large number of Adventurers and at least 18 Super Dukes so they are pretty tuned into the LC8 issues. It's great to have multiple choices in the market.I hope to see you out on a ride soon. Stan

Congrats on the SD. I got the Leo's on my SD, you will really like them once they are on. I didnt find the Akra map to fit my bike well with the Leo's so I added a PCIII with custom map and WOW what a difference. I also removed the the SAS to loose the popping and backfiring on decel ( I know how could I right?). This is how they should be selling this bike. [/quote]
