I just picked up a 2007 990 yesterday and gave it proper flogging today. It's completely different from what I'm used to. It's was faster with heaps more torque than I'm used to. I am in the process of finishing up a 1977 Yamaha XS750 with a swapped 850 engine and its over bored to a 900cc lump. I have learned a lot in the last four years with it, including some info on fuel injection. So now my bikes have a 30 year difference.

The KTM is stock for the most part. It looks like someone added heated hand grips. I don't know much about this bike yet but will in a while. I like the fact that we can tap into the ecu and change it to suit any modifications. I'll make sure to do my research before I mess with anything. I have a 2007 service manual on the way so I can learn this beast thoroughly. It feels good to have another addiction.
