Don't let the name fool you. I don''t do wheelies. It just happened to be a name that stuck.

Short-time lurker, second time poster, recovering Buell rider.

My 1125R really was a great bike, when it ran. I'm hoping that, when I finally track one down, that a 2008 KTM Superduke R won't give me near the trouble and I'll be able to enjoy all of the V-Twin thrills I'd like.

When I get a 990 Superduke R, do you think everything will be ok?

If not, you can just lie and tell me everything will be fine. I can tough it out

Buy the SDR and you will Do Wheelies

Also the standard SD is a lot of fun so dont exclude that as an option.

As a recent convert (since July) to a standard '07 SD, it is an absolute blast. I had a Triumph Speed Triple prior which I loved, but wanted to go with a twin this time, no regrets. Go for it!
