Is it just me or do others get a bit irritated that not everyone's Avatars state where in the world they are based?
Guy sent me a pm yesterday suggested I might post exhausts to Israel from the UK!
Tell me why we don't say where in the world we are, country or county/state would be enough

I always get annoyed about that too!

You are getting the chance to post on the world's premier motorcycle forum, at least take the time to fill in a few profile details.

Obviously don't be too specific, we don't want your address, you wouldn't want TL Russ turning up at your back door, winking like a peado, ready to bum you to death.

For those who skipped geography at school (or were born in the U.S.A) I can confirm the Thames is a river in the south of the U.K.

I ran a thread a while bake asking for the same thing.
Surprisingly, a very low amount of people updated.

Americans don't need to list where they are because the rest of the world revolves around us. Right?

Good luck this time.

it is a bit annoying when people put stuff up for sale without saying where they are... but CEREC - asking to send exhausts from here to Israel isn't that much of a stretch - there's a shit-tonne of international buying and selling that goes on on here. I've bought and sold privately through here from/to the US, Ireland, France, Germany, Belgium, and even bloody Wales. I have vague memories of some Eastern European dealings as well but I might just be remembering scenes from Hostel

Well,
I happen to be the twat from Israel.

As we're a small country, located in the outer space (ie not europe, more precisely not UK) and have 5 Super Dukes running around (well, five were sold, 4 are still running around..) - I thought it wouldn't be such an unlikely idea.

I bought numerous parts and gear from all over for years, never understood why people would be unwilling to ship outside their country.

It might not have come from you but that was implicit..

Israel is not Nigeria, and I always mention where I am from when contacting a person for a part or such.

Anyways, learned that it's possible to add your location to that Avatar (also a new concept for me..) and stated that I'm from Jerusalem, Israel.

Oh and regarding the headers - I checked but am not sure about the answer. I found that the Akra headers only came in 2008 though some guy in a different forum (not sure if it was ADV or KtmTalk) stated his came with Akrapovic ones.

Apparently, there should be an Akrapovic label on them somewhere - is there?
