Hi,
I fitted the defcom-t alarm with the seat reed switch and magnet. I found there are positions already for the switch and magnet on the seat moulding and lock frame but is there a correct location for the actual alarm unit itself. ATM it's just laying in the tool area.
Cheers

I'm debating buying the alarm as well so I'd like to know. Have you got any pics of the reed switch position and wiring ? I'm thinking alarm fits under the cross section in the tail unit. But could be wrong

Yes it fits in under the cross piece, on the battery side. It clips into the plastic underneath it. I fitted mine by removing the ecu cover under the tool kit and sliding it in.
