Ditto. I semi-retire this year and am filling half my time with finding a retirement spot outside of California. California being the fifth largest economy in the world brings with it a high cost of effort to live in the style in which I have become accustomed. I will set my sites on Kentucky, Tennessee, North Carolina, and surrounding areas. I look for places that have road dots protruding above the pavement. In this way I can be reasonably assured that the snow levels or should I say no snow levels will allow a longer riding environment. I have much to look forward to this year. I see two wheel enjoyment on the rise from this year on. I will keep my house in California because there is this saying about that once you leave Ca. it is near impossible to buy your way back in.
My new year day begins with a carb rebuild of my new to me Duke II.
