It is a Replicast. They make them in fibreglass or carbon.

I understands there is an issue with clearance with the full Evo headers. I will let you know when mine finally turns up.

I'm not on twitter much. [email protected]

It's the Replicast one. Doesn't fit too great but it'stthe only one legal for racing.

Replicast built the pan for the OE 08 SDR Battle race spec, essentially OE minus the side stand - what Replicast supply can be easily modified for any other spec, including mine with side stand and crash bungs.

The german kit is really thick and heavy though.

For a road traffic bike I'd get a Skidmarx one. Or that extended standard one. Think it's called a mojo or something.

The Replicast. I got two and they're both slightly different. The fitting kit they supply with it is actually for the Skidmarx one and you have to make it fit. I suppose if it's going on a road bike and just for looks you could get it on ok. But if your using it on track it needs to be mounted as high as possible to stop it dragging the ground at lean. Even up tight it will still touch down. If you've got an evo system if is real tight on the left hand side at the rear header and melts the pan. I had to wrap the exhaust and bond heat matting to the inside if it and after our last a few sessions at Oulton on tue it's all black and bubbled the decals already. Takes a little bit of fiddling about with spacers and bending brackets to get it spot on.

Those french 2rteam guys sell a bellypan too. Looks a bit like the Mojo bellypan, but closed up at the rear so it will hold fluids. It looks that way in the pictures at least.
Cost 250 euro incl mounting kit. 200 without the mountig kit.

It takes them about 4weeks to get a bellypan out to you.

Keep ringing that number and eventually a woman will answer. Talks like Last of the Summer Wine.
