So a few weeks ago I replaced my water pump seals on my 08 sd and since then I've had nothing but issues with the bike running hot. I filled the bike up at a 40 degree angle with coolant and filled the piss tank to the max line on that small tank. Since then I've had nothing but issues. I've been loosin coolant and refilling the radiator all the time. Checked the oil and it was clean. No loss of power either. The bike is acting fine. I'm truely confused on where the coolant could be going. Any help here would be appreciated... Thinking my next step is going to be taking it to the Ktm dealer but any ideas would help a ton guys. I've inspected the motor and there's no coolant leaks anywhere. Thinking tomorrow after work I'm gonna take the screen filter outta the bike and check the oil again. That's the only place it could go right? There's no sign of leaking bc it would have that crusty white where it got hot on the motor.

Is that a 40 degree angle of the front wheel raised?

Yes it is. But now I've refilled the radiator twice since doing the water seal

Could it be a air bubble trapped in there and it is causing the coolant to boil and give space and when it boils it evaporates? It might sound crazy but is that possible?
