Ive got the SD tank bag and now im looking for some panniers. I travelled back from germany with a back strapped to the back of the bike but being a short arse it made it a right mare getting on and off the bike so id like something i could strap to the sides, have a feeling the zorsts will prevent that though...

What does everyone use? And how well do you rate it?

Thanks

Kriega stuff if you don't have a pillion, easy to remove etc and versatile for other bikes. Fully waterproof and exceptionally well made and designed.
Theres some threads on here which prompted me to buy mine.

Looks good but as stated short legs means you can't get you leg over

Ventura works very well but needs modifying to work with Akra end cans.

I've got the same setup as TimR. Fantastic flexibility. Depending on its configuration (20l + 10l on top), I may have to step though the seat as well.

Kriega US-30 combo for example... US-20 bag I use almost every day as a courier bag, sometimes even not on the bike. It is just so comfy over the shoulder

So far I only have the tank bag, with a backpack has been enough for the weekend trips.

But if touring needs comes I'll think about something like this:

Maybe using SMT luggage and oem clipon holders

Just did a 3 day 1400 mile trip and one Kriegera US20 held clothes, basic tools, camera and toiletries. And I never noticed it was there.
