Just doing a service on my own duke and the bottom tank shroud on the left hand side of the tank was a bit wet i noticed as i took the bolt out. On closer investigation i put the bolt back in and turned hand tight, yet when i took it back out i noticed it far wetter! Seems like the threaded insert is just turning now and i've juice pissing everywhere!!! FFS i thought i'd a good days work done-gutted I am

Been there unfortunetely. Got another tank and still trying to figure out if theres a good solution.
All I've been answered were maybes:
- it may work if we clean it good and inject epoxy to the corner
- it may work if we heat the plastic and turn it around to fuse itself together
bla bla bla
Must try it out now that I have a new one mounted and it may be useful spare or a quick sell to fund parts
