Just in time for the season starting. A few of mates got involved in trials and are trying tempt me over. Perfect way to break some bones at 2mph.

Can't believe how utterly useless I am at this. Fell off it just balancing in the garage. Loads harder than it looks. It's the fastest thing I've ever been on from 0 to 5mph

We'll find out on Saturday. So far it went rev, lurch, wheelie, panic, brake, splat.

practice practice practice. i think you may get hooked. when you start getting the hang of it, you'll have really learned what it is to have control (throttle/brake/clutch).
looks like fun.

I Love it - its a great way to improve balance and bike control...... got the bug at about 10 and have messed about on trials bicycles and trials bikes and enduro bikes on and off since then..... its such a laugh and gets pretty competitive pretty quick!

my much abused 4fiddy at the dirty weekend a couple of years ago... since then its been abused at cadwell and bog snorkling in scotland amongst other tortures!

Go for it Viking... I know it's damn hard to even balance for a short time on one of those, but keep at it. A great learning tool!!!!!

We're all going out on Saturday. Very much doubt it'll have me packing in the road racing but really looking forward to it. Should be a great laugh. I've mastered the stand stationary and bounce up and down to look like you're getting ready for something spectacular bit.
I'm sure the superduke costs me 15quid every time I walk past it.! I could have a decent trials bike for the cost of two race weekends.

Super cool little machines though. Got no idea how they do it. I'll try and take some vids for pure entertainment factor.

It's not mine. It's a mates, he just picked it up.

Under 2grand. 2011 bike. Road legal too. That little led headlamp is mean as hell in the dark. We're all shite. The guy he bought it from was some young national champion. Had the thing proper vertical, bars on the chest, standing on the pegs wheelie at walking pace down the street when we picked it up.

I want one already.

I have a 2001 Gasgas 280 TXT, did use it quite a bit when I first got it and was surprised how it helped my low speed road riding. For example try as I might I could not turn my 625SM round in my narrow road without putting a foot down. Road the trials bike 3 or 4 times, next time I tried to turn the 625 around I could!.

sadly it's not been used in years and is in need of an engine rebuild and new fork seals.

All on my todo list when I return to the UK for more than 5 minutes!
