Hello folks. I am seeking to put a spoiler on the 1290, pretty similar on the one 990 has. Found these two and wondering if any other comrade has already installed either of those.

Surprisingly both look good on the bike!
Like the SW as it probably is just enough to save the covers also in an off.

Geees i thought they both looked very ordinary - it just goes to show I have no idea!
i thought my bellypan design looked ok but maybe it too will look like sh1t when its finished. I have put in soooooo much effort over the past few weeks so I hope it doesnt look too bad when its finally layed up in CF!

Stel why do you want to put a bellypan on your bike?
In my opinion i think that they only thing they do, is to add weight and to damage the look of the bike.

They do add weight indeed, but kind of minor. They protect the front part of the cylinders, alongside with the engine covers(ktmguy the other one protects the covers not the sw). Nevertheless I think the look is good

Just received the 2nd one I posted. The build quality seems very good and it's easy to install it.
One question. If I unscrew bolts from areas around the engine covers should I screw them with a specific torque ?

In the technical data of the repair manual there's a table with all the engine tightening torques
