fuel leaking at disconnect

I just swapped out my air filter for a k&n drop in. I removed the front bolt and loosened the rear two bolts and rotated the tank back. After getting it back together I see a small leak on the disconnect. It has, "CPC" engraved on the button.

What did it do? Its a pretty decent size leak. I got my compressor out and blew air around it. The moment the air stops the fuel starts seeping out of this disconnect.

This is on my 08 superduke.
