I'm guessing a few of you guys here are using GoPro cameras on their helmets.
Up until now I only used it on my handlebar with a clamp, As I'm afraid that putting that little TV on my helmet would be irritating..
I guess I can just put the sticker mount and only when arriving to the twistier roads to stick it up so.. Any tips?
I've got an Arai Quantom II, should it be on the "highest" point of the helmet? more forward (say, above my forehead?) or backwards just under the highest point of the helmet (to help with drag perhaps)?
What do you say?
Any other cool ideas about it?

On top of the helmet will definitely make your neck stronger but at street speeds when donned only for twisty bits shouldn't be too much of an issue. Have a friend check the camera angle in your natural riding position so you don't get too much tank or cloud footage.

Few of the guys use a handle bar mount on the rad hose to the offside of the bike with good effect.

Been in that question, best solution is measure it 9 times and then stick it to the helmet. Use center position, so you can reverse camera if required. When positioning camera angle, it should be more upwards than you logically think (because of leaned forward body position). Adjust it before important footage, or most likely you will get picture of your speedo and road surface only. Personally I do not feel weight of Hero2 on the helmet at all.
Helmet mounting let you check in retrospective how much (and how effectively) you look at important things in traffic All will go in place again with the next drives.

The chest mount also works pretty well on the SD. Kenscottphoto shot some great vids with his set up.

I have one but have not used it yet. More fun to do than watch. But I have seen a fare lot. What I like best is the helment mount, pref the side mount which views throtle and front brake action. It gives a more realistic view point than bike mounted. I get sick looking at the flippin of the bike back and forth. Ever see clips of a big cat chasing its prey? Their head is steady and focused on it's target. That is what I see when I ride. Helment level with the horizon, steady on the target.

I have mine mounted on the chin bar of my helmet. Gives a nice forward view of the road and front end of the bike.
