Has anybody fitted LSL fat bars to their 990?

I'm thinking of fitting the mat carbon or black LSL fat bars to my 990 as part of a customisation project.

Has anybody out there done this? I see they fit the new SD but can't find any reference to fitting in the old one. If you have were there any issues and how did they feel compared to the std bars?

Thank

I have LSL flat bars on mine. I needed to cut about 2" off the end of each bar as they are stupidly wide.

I have LSL bars on mine as well - not the flat bars but ones that Motoronin ordered in error and didn't like - they are more aggressive than standard but not flat like Klincky's

I run Rizoma MA010 (on my third set ) they are good, same as duc streetfighter I believe, 15mm rise, they do a MA005 which has 30mm rise.

Thanks guys.

I don't mind chopping a bit off each end but wanted to be sure the clamps would work and wondered about how similar the bend / rise was. They are not too expensive so tempted to have a go.

I struggling to get the bits I want at the moment and keep toying with the idea of making an SD out of an RC8 1190. By the time I had stripped off and sold what I didn't need it's cost would be roughly what my SD is worth and would this make a better starting point for a project??

If I can get an SDR rear for mine I think I will stick but if not I may twist. Any thoughts / suggestions welcome.
