Higher screen for track use

Yes

I got one for faster trips, mainly mway jaunts. It is now easy to tuck under, where the wind does not now hit your chest/throat, pushes onto the top and goes over your helmet. I'm only 5' 9 though.

Sorry mate, been busy!
The taller screen makes setting at the end of the straight easier.
I love it and don't run without it.
At Phillip Island I would up your gearing to 17/38 at least and lengthen the wheelbase as long as possible.

Sorry mate, none to spare unfortunately...
You will definitely need the higher gearing, as you exit MG (the last right hander) you short shift to 3rd and then 4th before the last corner (almost one big corner) you should hit 5th on the exit pinned and 6th just before the line. These things HATE revs.
I have a 525 17t sprocket you can have if you want. When will you be there? I can just post it over.

Ok. If you are just going to have fun then:

The first time you hit MG (turn 10) remember "It's just a corner" and try not to shite yourself.
As Linga suggests turn 14 can be pinned BUT try not to run off and hit the wall (which is a long way away) but I don't know how many shiny Ducati's I've seen hit it.
Turn 2 is a little tricky after your 240 kph romp, it's a double apex with the second one out of sight over the slight rise. I suggest you use your warm up lap wisely. If you are on your knee all the way round (a better rider than me) you should be able to do it in one...
Don't take the short cut on Honda (turn 4) it's not cool and enjoy the view from turn 9 if you have time...

Oh and BTW watch out for the geese.

I use the touring screen on track, never bothered to try the short one, always assumed it wouldn't hurt. At 6' it's hard to tuck behind anything though but I try lol.

I concur you should definately run 38 tooth on the rear at PI, interesting re wind blast I bought a fireblade awhile back and found the wind blast on it alot worse when you pop up solely because it is so much faster down the straights, cant say I notice it too much on the SD.
