I have a big problem, i bought rearsets to my 1290 from www.mg-biketec.com 3 weeks ago.
But i haven't seen them yet, i just got a email from Mg Biketec a few days after i placed the order with details about the purchase.
they had 2 options for payment, 1 was a direct bank transfer to their account and the other was payment on delivery.
So i made a bank transfer because it was cheaper than payment on delivery.

I have tried to contact Mg Biketec to see if something has gone wrong via their contact informaton on the website and by answering the email that i got from them, but they haven't responded to me.
tried to call them about 10 times today but there were no answer!

I thought at first that there where something wrong with the website when they didn't answer me so i asked my brother if he could send them a few questions about rearsets, delivery time etc.

He got an answer whitin 2 hours!
this is what they wrote:

The parts are on stock, we just need 1-2 days for the assembly of the parts
after receiving of the order or money + 3-4 days transportation.

So why aren't they responding to my emails or phonecalls?
Has anybody here any experience from dealing with Mg Biketec?
