hello all,

after my ass over teakettle experience this past Monday AM, I am putting together a laundry list of parts I need. I remember reading recently that there was some online retailer with really reasonable prices. Can someone refresh my mind and advise who that might have been.

and conversely for insurance purposes, who is most costly?

thanks

if you're asking who's insurance is the least expensive - i found going through GMAC was the best deal for me - over Geico - Progressive and the others ...

285$ a year - full coverage on KTM and regular liability on a honda ascot v-twin.

Sorry for the confusion - I am very happy with my Foremost coverage - never a hassle on a claim. In New Jersey we also have limited availability of carriers.

I was asking about least and most costly on-line dealers for KTM parts. I've sent the list to my local KTM dealer so I have something to present to the adjuster.

SDnerd - corrected the subject line to more concisely ask my question

List has been sent to the local dealer - lets see what they come back with.
I am not holding out much hope to locate the R tail body work, but most everything else should be available.

As for least expensive, I used to use Bikebandit.com, but I believe KTM no longer supplies BB with aftermarket parts. Next is ktm-parts.com. The website shows full retail. However, if you register you get a discount - something like 10%.
