Got my 2017 Super Duke, with 4000k's on the clock.
Got a good price, plus trade in, only thing I wasn't too keen on was the colour, the front being white just looks tacked on, kinda a bitsa if you know what I meen,
So I ordered some carbon goodies to help.
Rear Hugger
Front Fender
And Tank Cover
I screwed up with the tank cover, as my bike being a 2017 model, doesn't need the hole in for the ignition. Dammit....
I got the Fender and hugger, in matte twill, and bought some two pac clear in satin (I wan't a satin finish)
So sanded them down and cleared them.
Unfortunately they have more of a shine than I wanted, will talk to the paint supplier to see what they think, but hey I prefer how it looks than before.
Before:
And after
As I get more parts I post here.
I also intend to do the front fairings the same colour as the fuel tank, I just scanned digitised and edited the stickers, and had a friend print them on laminate, also did the fuel tank decal (In case I paint it too).
$55, instead of $360 dealership wanted.
Waiting for them to arrive in the mail, to see how they look!

Looks a lot better.
I think the major reason I prefer the black model is the fact that the white/grey/orange colors create too many lines where the body panes fit together. The front fender is a perfect example where in a single color it looks like a well thought out cohesive structure, it looks fast! When you break up the colors it looks cheap and very "put together" like a set of Legos or a Kawasaki.

Couldn't agree more on the colour.
Rest of the power parts seat arrive, and prompted fitted.
Also got ASV F3 levers.
Fitted the Brake, no problems
But the clutch, the bushings supplied was either too small, or too much movement.
This is the pivot pin, and this is supposed to be the KTM busing, as you can see no chance it can fit though
I tried the other busing that came with it, but too much play
Sent an email to ASV but will also ring local Motorcycle shop where I got the leers from to see what they say.

Made the same fender/tail chop changes--and then the BST carbon wheels to match the fenders.

I'm thinking of going fiber on my 17 as well... it looks like you mixed matte and glossy. is that right? which do you prefer and why?

They look like rizoma reverse retro mirrors.
eBay is full of cheap chinese clones of those. But the quality varies.

All done.
Tail Tidy Fitted, Painted wheels fitted and alarm...
Fuel Pump recall fixed, and they also found a fault in the ECU which needed KTM's help to sort, this is also fixed.
I think this should do me for a while..

My 2 cents: get a pair of crg arrows.
Equally expensive, but great quality, and the shape really works with the angular lines of the SuperDuke.
The rizoma's are too rounded if you ask me.

I'll find out what my mirrors are today.
Those CRG for me would be no good as they stick even further out from the handle bars than stock mirrors, would make lane filtering even harder.
Just take that into consideration if you do this.

Bulids looking good Savage, nice job on the wheels. You do them yourself?
As for mirrors, I have a set of LSL Gonia on mine, shape suits, are a bit cheaper than Rizoma, quality German made and still look good after 3 years.
