Dealership is having an issue with my ECU and firm ware update. Waiting on a new update from KTM, anyone else experience this? Supposed to pick up bike yesterday and then delayed again today. Between off work and renting a trailer today I'm out a few pennies. Asked the dealership for a free first service from KTM, feel that is reasonable since I have been understanding and patient. I understand issues arise and things happen, just hoping for a quick resolve.

At the moment I'm not aware of any issues. There was one a while ago when they adapted the software to the 1050 ADV.
People have not been trained properly and that might be the issue.
What's the issue and maybe I know the solution?
Edit: As it is a service you shouldn't be out of pocket! People are too quick to help out sometimes.
If there is an issue regarding the bike under warranty or service related get the dealership to pick it up or arrange transport.
