Hello everybody!
I bought an used SD '05 with raised footrests and I have the originals also.
I have two long legs...

When you say raised foot rests, do you mean rearsets, peg adjuster plates, or just different/angled pegs?
I found that I scraped the originals a fair few times riding on the street so ended up getting some DHM pegs.

That'll be rearsets.
Have a go at the originals and see if you prefer the position. If you do and find yourself grinding the pegs, just get some replacement ones like I did with a different profile underneath

Don't tell me you are old e-nuf to remember feet pegs that did not pivot out of the way when you are really banked in a corner, like I am?
Now that was a bad feeling .
I bet you will not have any big moments with the stock pegs.
Unless you have huge feet and carry too much weight.
You got both sets, 2 hours and you are done.
