RR OR NO RR, THAT IS THE QUESTION?

Not to relive a past topic, but back in October 2013 I recall people talking about a RR version of the Superduke. A lot of speculation and rumor on this topic last year. Has anyone heard anything more about this bike. People were stating it would be a 2015 model.

Next year KTM will sort out the shims dropping out, improve the mapping switch to enable changeover on the go and paint the frames properly. They will hype it to death in teaser vids leaked to the net and it will rename it the 1290RRRR.

Loads of people will pre-order it unseen and yet they won't get it delivered until 2016.

Why change a marketing strategy when it's working so well now?

Bassagent. I was being ironic.

Anyway, whatever the details, the electronic controls are not right and will be improved on next model. Want to have a bet against me on that?

All in all the bike puts a smile on my face and as my grandma said "you can't take your money with you" so get out and ride it and then buy the new one when it comes out. Fun to be had....
