Question for any SC-Projects exhaust owners ? I just installed my slip-on exhaust and the cat is still attached, when warmed up the bike pulses at idle so is this normal or not ?
According to SC-Project there is no extra tuning required unless the cat is removed. Here is the link of the exhaust in question. http://sc-project.us/Scripts/prodView.a ... oduct=1688

Shouldn't, as in their manual, no adjustment needed.
Nothing stuck in the pipe? 2 min job, take it off and see what happens...

Ok I got this from SC this morning regarding my issue.
hello, you have to use the exhaust for 150/200 miles, the Lammda is a sensor for the gas exhaust

Not sure if you are having the same symptoms as me or not but mine also does this, the idle fluctuates up and down rapidly about 300 rpm's. Only during the "open loop start up time" (when you start any vehicle they have a open loop of programing until the engine reaches a certain temp or for a certain timeframe, then it goes to a closed loop).
My set up is custom muffler, cat delete, SAS delete, full Akro map. I researched around and found the answer why mine does it.
During the open loop my bike doesn't know what to do since my SAS is turned off and my O2's/lambdas are confused. I was told this is nothing harmful.
The fluctuation goes away for me after about 30 seconds from starting the bike, does yours?
Not sure if any of this helps, good luck.
