When i bought my SDR it was bone stock, the throttle response was so itchy that at the first bump my balls hit the tank...
I ordered a progressive cam which made it better, then i installed an ITG open air filter, installed old school round Akra's, removed SAS, disabled O2 sensors and loaded this map: Jocke2008SDRFullAkraMotobox.hex from the Tune ECU website.
Bike runs great, but with the progressive cam on i now have to turn it of few mm before the engine responds which is annoying because it's difficult to figure out when it is gonne respond so i have to turn it a bit and kinda have to guess when its coming on....

So i put on back the standard cam, but that is still to itchy for me, can anyone tell me if i disable the second butterflies it will smooth this out more?

Or can any1 recommand a map for me with the standard cam that makes the bike less itchy?

I can't think of the name of the table or values right now but you can set the secondary flies to 100% through out the RPM range to test it out if you dont want to physically remove them.

Would that "itchy" happen to be right between 3000 rpm and 4000 rpm? Mine was right at 3300-3700 and I could even neutral rev it and put it right at that position on the tach and it would duplicate the hesitation and itchy running.

Oh and I have the quickest turn throttle tube (aluminium) from a 250 SX-F KTM

Nah, i mean that the throttle is not so smooth, it's either on or off, i'm gonna try disabeling the second butterfly valves, anyone else got some map recommandations?
