Superduke Exhaust and Mapping???

Hello all,

I will be picking up my 1290 any day now and have been trying to narrow down my exhaust choice, my first choice is the Austin Racing GP2R carbon can de-catted. I like this exhaust due to it not covering the wheel, I know it will be really loud but every bike I have owned has been really loud. All of my inline 4 sport bikes only had a stubby can about that size connected right to the headers. Just wondering if anyone has this exhaust and if it is unbearable?? I've seen as many YouTube clips as I could find but its hard to get a comparison or the actual loudness of the exhaust.

Second part to this question is, Austin Racing told me if I'm getting this exhaust to run the full Akropovic map on it. If that's correct should I have the dealer flash my stock computer with the map or put it on the PCV that I already have?

Thank you!
