So I was installing my suter clutch when I realised I'm missing the lock washer that goes behind the main nut. Is it possible for me to just use the stock washer that has no locking tabs/notches and just use some good loctite, or do I need to source the actual locking washer?
If I need to locking washer that's supposed to come with the suter clutch (bought it second hand) where can I order one? Should Hinson have a similar locking washer?

My Suter locking washer has been used a few times. I used to get paranoid about the fooker coming loose etc. After a while I stopped worrying so much. Just torque the nut down and do what you can with the lock washer, whatever state it's in. Doesn't sound like good advice but it's worked so far for me
If I didn't have a lock washer then I wold just make one out of a bit of aluminium sheet. They are not hi-tec items!

I don't have the lock washer that came with the suter clutch. I just have the normal, thick, rounded washer, that came off the OEM clutch.
I dont have the tools to make a lock washer myself lol

I've bought spare parts direct from Suter but it's a bit of a hassle because they are in Europe and you have to deal with the Euro exchange and payment etc. If I was you I'd try and just sourse a large lock washer from e bay that is the right size.
This isn't the right size but first one that appeared on search. I think you could find one easy.
