Does anybody here have any experience with water transfer printing?

I saw a car with some carbon effect parts yesterday done that way and it was stunning! Got me thinking...

The wheels on my new bike are plastic coated black but the finish isn't great / is a bit marked and I'm considering making them along with a few other bits CF using this process. I have settled on the look I want for the bike overall and I'm excited by the opportunities this method seems to offer.

If anybody has any direct experience or knowledge I would be interested to hear your thoughts before expensivly pressing the go button.

I thought about doing this on my f800gs. I plasti dipped it black first. When I got tired of it I peeled it off. Now I'm going to go with vinyl wrap black and atac camo. I guess I'm not ready to commit to dipping it just yet.
