What colour?
In fact could you post up any pictures of each as it's often about much more than just pipe, chain & tyre condition.

I think I'd go for Bike 2.

Chain & sprockets don't cost so much, exhaust does but at least you'd be able to choose which one to buy, and it'd be new.
The base bike is worth more as it's newer and with less miles, is it an import, and if so does that matter?

Have either bikes got proof of service history?
Have either got proof of water pump seal work?

Both the bikes have service history. Dont think they have waterpump renewd. But i will tackle things like that miself.

2 is an uk import gonna buy it from 2nd owner

I'd probably go for #2 and make whatever changes you want, instead of what the previous owners wanted.

You will be able to find slightly used parts here to personalize the bike to your taste.

Let's get the spending started .....

Without seeing the service history and condition I'd opt for # 2.. less km's and its newer...plus has the black swingarm
