i'm just too tired of looking through the threads so will ask .

is there anything i need to know before jumping into doing my first valve adjustment on my 07 SD ?

I have the Manual but it seems like a very basic explanation .

also is there a thread on the forum that best explains how to do a valve adjustment .

One more question - Do i need to pull the throttle bodies and will i need to sync them after ( and how to sync )...

Shadethechangingman did a thread on it when he did his. Was very informative. If you can't find it them PM him and he'll link you to it I'm sure.

Alright so Im in the middle of doing mine. Its not all that bad Just removing everything is kinda a pain. Mine were outa spec on front in/ex (loose) and the rear intake was good and the exhaust was loose. Need to go get the rear shims tomorrow and button it up.
