Looking for some tips and order of play.

Is it best to screw the top of the cables into the throttle housing first and then route them down to the throttle bodies?

I push the cables through to the throttle bodies but don't connect them to the throttle tube until everything's lined up. It is a tight squeeze to get them through.

Unbolting and disconnecting the ECU makes it much easier installing the unattached cables. Check the wiring birds nest in the headstock for physical damage while you're in there. You'll find an unused connector in there also.

I run the cables through a short section of plastic tube from headstock to just beyond ECU to stop them chafing the wiring. Connect at throttle end then throttle body.
